| "In Marvel Comics, an imaginary character appears which is called Mephisto. This character was first represented in Silver Surfer #3 on Dec. 1936 an it was created by Stan Lee and John Buscema ,which was the representation of Mephistopheles- an important demonic figure in Christian Mythology. By debuting in the Silver Age of comic books, it has been a part of the Marvel continuity for over four decades. Now this character is used in animated television series, feature film, toys, trading cards and video games which is associated to Marvel Merchandise.
