"Catheter is a thin, flexible tube used in the medical filed that can be inserted into a body cavity vessel or duct and thereby allowing the disposal of waste and the administration of fluids or gases. The process of inserting a tube catheter into the vessels or cavity is called the catheterization. Catheters in fact allow drainage and access by surgical instruments. The catheter tubes are soft though for some other cases hard tubes catheters are used. As the catheters allow access to surgical instruments the catheters inserted inside the body permanently or for temporary are termed as an indwelling catheter. Catheters which used to inserted in to the body cavity and vessels are of two different types. One is the permcath which is the permanently inserted catheter into body. The second type is the intermittent catheter which used to insert in the body temporarily. The temporarily inserting catheters can use four to six times a day to empty your bladder. Catheters are used in marking process in the medical industry. Catheter marking is a well known and most adopted marking technology in the medical filed for the detection of many diseases such as the cardiovascular diseases. In marking catheters high penetrative laser beams are used as they are highly efficient to detect various diseases. As catheters are the radio opaque coatings enabled products it is used during critical interventional procedures. The catheters allow easily seen on x-rays and fluoroscopes as the radio opaque coating have the ability to easily examine the x-rays and fluoroscopes during critical interventional procedures. There have been used a wide range of marking methods in the medical industry mainly for the detection and treatment of many diseases. Also the catheters have a wide range of applications in the medical filed itself. From the wide range of such applications the catheters used in the deployment of stents in coronary arteries. A marking catheter has a closed distal end and an open proximal end to block the transmission of x-rays. The flexible catheters can make easily appear the X-rays as contrasting images and hence does the identification process of diseases. In catheter marking for safe usage, thin bands of colored and shrink catheter tubes are used. The popular vascular catheters are used in the diagnostic evaluation of stents in balloon angioplasty. One more application of catheter marking is the detection of Multi-Lumen cancer. That means for the identification process of multi-Lumen cancer the most popular marking catheters are used as it can easily identify the diseased cells and can recognize it. "
